Henry Wacher

Partner and Co-Founder

Henry is a Founding Partner and responsible for establishing and managing a number of Highbridge Partners’ Global Client relationships, across EMEA, Asia-Pacific and The Americas.

Prior to founding Highbridge Partners, Henry worked for over thirteen years at Principal Search Partners, where he was mandated to expand the company’s global client footprint, successfully establishing new relationships with a broad section of Global Commodity Trading, Corporate and Financial Services clients.  He possesses significant experience of working with clients looking to either establish and build new commercial or trading ventures, or with more mature businesses looking to enhance or upgrade their existing commercial platforms.

Throughout his career, Henry has built an extensive global placement track record and client network across the oil major, physical trade house, utility, corporate, investment bank, alternatives, as well as downstream commodity, refining and logistics sectors.

Due to the nature of his work with Executive and Board Level clients, he has also been mandated on a significant number of Global Consulting Projects, regularly advising clients on key topics such as compensation model redesign, organisational structure, competitor benchmarking, new market entry, talent retention, HR process improvement and diversity enhancement.

Henry holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from Southampton University.
